It was clean, the shower pressure was amazing and the water very warm. There was a microwave, plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and creamer. The fridge was great, the AC worked beautifully and the beds were very comfortable! It was also great there were so many additional bedding items like blankets and pillows. It was centrally located and waking distance to everything in Hamilton and an hour to Halls Gap! Also, I left my expensive pillow in the room. All I had to do was call and let reception know and 24 hours later my pillow is on its way here and I have a tracking number. Thank you so much for all your help! My friend and I will be staying here again when we return to Hamilton!

Everything was very clean and spacious, as you would expect. We chose it as all units are at ground level, so parking was not squashed, and luggage easy to unload. Location opposite the beautiful botanical gardens was a treat after a long drive, and also next door to a small shopping strip. The motel has a lovely convenient restaurant, where we ate well for dinner. Only issue was that there was no breakfast crockery or utensils. Not all travellers want to eat/buy breakfast in a restaurant. Otherwise it was lovely, as were the staff.

This property was well located, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We could park outside our room and overall it was quiet despite being on a busy corner (although we specifically asked for a quiet room so were located in the centre of the complex). The room was very clean and had good heating and additional bedding for a cold night.

Rooms were clean. The heater worked. The bed was comfortable. It was in a great location in relation to different restaurants and pubs.

Having table and chairs. Silly, but appreciated biscuits and that the tea/coffee etc were replenished each day.

Comfort Inn botanical was located in a great central area directly across from K Hub with a supermarket, liquor stores and other shops. My friend and I booked two rooms and requested side by side rooms (which was granted). The rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable with all the facilities needed for a two night stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on our first morning at The Bot, the coffee was great and I was very impressed that the restaurant could accommodate my request for gluten free bread. All staff ie reception, cleaning and restaurant were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Comfort Inn Botanical.

Bedroom and bathroom were excellent. It was very convenient to be able to order food to the room because we had small and tired children. The salad was excellent. The food was presented well.

Room and bathrooms were clean, easy access with car park right in front of the room. I didn't see any staff because I came in late and left very early, but I spoke to them on the phone and they arranged for me to access and leave my room without trouble. They were very friendly and efficient

Location, bed were comfortable, rooms were clean. Appreciated the fact the owner didn't greet us on arrival as he was unwell, he was thinking of others.
